Turn one piece of work into a week of posts without losing your voice
Content creators can use AI agents to research topics, draft posts in their own voice, repurpose a video or article across channels, and plan what to publish next. In Brainwrite, a team of bots handles research, drafting, and editing, and keeps notes on your style in memory you can read and edit. You approve everything before it is posted.

Where the week goes
The work that eats your time.
Repurposing by hand
A finished video should become a newsletter, a blog post, and a handful of posts. Rewriting it for each channel takes a day.
Research for every piece
Each post needs facts, examples, and sources checked before you can start writing.
Keeping a schedule
Ideas live in notes apps and voice memos. The calendar empties out when you are busy making the main piece.
Search traffic
Blog posts and video descriptions are written for the audience you have, not the one searching for the topic.

Repurpose your latest piece
Give a bot the transcript or article. It drafts a newsletter section, a LinkedIn post, and short captions in your voice for you to edit and schedule.

Take our post on month-end close and turn it into three LinkedIn posts, a 150-word newsletter section for Beehiiv, and talking points for a two-minute video. Keep every statistic exactly as sourced.

SEO for posts and videos

Why a team
Why this works better than a chatbot.
Your voice in visible memory
Bots keep notes on your style in plain-text memory you can read, correct, and delete. No hidden profile.
Dictate ideas
Speak ideas into Brainwrite with Apple's on-device dictation, and bots can reply with voice notes in a voice you pick.
Approval before posting
In Ask mode, publishing or sending becomes an approval card in the conversation. Nothing goes out under your name unseen.

FAQ
Questions about Brainwrite for content creators
How can content creators use AI agents?
Use them on the work around the main piece: research, repurposing into other formats, newsletter drafts, search titles and descriptions, and launch planning. Brainwrite runs a team of bots that draft in your voice from notes kept in visible memory. You edit the drafts and approve anything before it is published.
Can Brainwrite post to X (Twitter)?
No. X (Twitter) is not available as a connected app. Bots can draft posts for X that you copy and publish yourself. Connected apps that are available include YouTube, LinkedIn, WordPress, beehiiv, and Canva, each with per-bot grants and approval cards for risky actions.
Will the drafts sound like me?
Give a bot examples of your writing and corrections as you edit, and it keeps notes in its memory. That memory is plain text you can read and change, so you can fix anything it has wrong about your style. Expect to edit early drafts more than later ones.
What does it cost to run?
Brainwrite Cloud is $99 a month and includes the desktop app and an always-on cloud computer. AI usage is not included: you use your own Claude, Codex, or other AI account, and your provider bills you. There is no free plan. Each thread shows its token use and cost.
