How to connect Canva.

Open Connected apps
In Brainwrite, choose Connected apps in the sidebar. The official app sets up the connection service for you; there's no key to paste.

Search for Canva
Find Canva and choose Connect. You can add more than one account later and label each, such as work or a client.

Sign in in your browser
Finish Canva's own sign-in in your normal browser. The access token stays with the connection service and never enters a bot's prompt.

Choose which bots get it
In each bot's settings, give it all tools, an exact list, or none. Imported bots start with none, so nothing reaches your account by surprise.

Brainwrite and Canva: questions

How do I connect Canva to Brainwrite?

Open Connected apps, search for Canva, and choose Connect. Canva's authorization opens in your browser; sign in and approve. Back in the app, ask a bot with Canva tools to list your designs. The token stays with Composio, the service Brainwrite uses for connected apps, and never enters a prompt.

Do brand template autofill and resize work on every Canva plan?

Not necessarily. Canva decides which features its API allows on each plan, and brand templates, autofill, and resizing are among those that depend on it. The connector includes a tool that reads your account's capabilities, so a bot can check first and tell you if a step isn't available to you.

Can I stop a bot from deleting Canva assets?

Yes. In the bot's settings under Connected apps, set Canva to an exact list: create design, autofill, resize, export, and list tools. Leave out delete asset and remove folder. Ungranted tools are never offered to that bot, and each allow or deny is logged.
