Terms of service

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You’re responsible for your account and for what happens under it, including the actions your bots take with the access you give them.

A plan belongs to the account that bought it, and you can sign in with that account on each Mac you use.

• Brainwrite Cloud is $99 a month, billed monthly (customers in India pay 18% GST on top). It includes the desktop app on your Macs and your own always-on Cloud computer, with the allowances listed on the pricing page.
• Organisation is $750 a year, billed yearly, for teams that run Brainwrite on their own server. A licence key is emailed for each paid year and stops working on its expiry date.

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for and ends then, with no grace period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

For Brainwrite Cloud, a renewal payment that fails stops your Cloud computer. See the billing documentation for what happens to its data.

Neither plan includes AI usage. Your bots use the AI accounts, API keys, and agent tools you choose, and those providers bill you under their own terms and limits. Connected apps work through Composio and each app’s own sign-in, under those services’ terms.

You’re responsible for complying with the terms of every provider and app you connect.

Don’t use Brainwrite to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• send spam or contact people who haven’t agreed to hear from you;
• access accounts, systems, or data you aren’t authorised to use;
• attack, overload, or probe Brainwrite’s services, or get around licence checks.

AI agents make mistakes. Review what your bots produce before you rely on it, especially anything legal, financial, medical, or sent to other people. Brainwrite’s approval settings exist so you stay in charge of risky actions; if you allow a bot to act without asking, you accept responsibility for those actions.

Your chats, files, and bots belong to you. In the desktop app they stay on your computer; on Brainwrite Cloud they live on your own Cloud computer. We don’t claim any rights to them. See the privacy policy for what we do collect.

Product and company names on this website, including the apps on our integration pages and the products on our comparison pages, are trademarks of their respective owners. Brainwrite is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them unless we say so. Their logos are shown only to identify the apps Brainwrite connects to.

Comparison pages reflect each product’s public information on the date it was checked, with sources listed on the page. Example requests, conversations, outputs, and company names on this site (such as “Northwind Studio”) are illustrative, not real customer results. Product screenshots come from the real app running a demo workspace with sample bots, conversations, and figures.

We work to keep Brainwrite and its services available but don’t promise uninterrupted service. The desktop app keeps working for up to 7 days without reaching the account service. We may change these terms; if a change is material, we’ll update the date above and tell active customers by email.

Brainwrite is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
