Brainwrite gives each person or team a Chief of Staff and specialist bots that do the recurring work: follow-ups for sales, audits for SEO, release checks for engineering, replies for support. Pick your team to see what to hand off first.

FAQ
Questions people ask
Can a whole team share one Brainwrite setup?
Brainwrite runs on each person's Mac, and a team can share the same setup as a portable team file from the library or exported from the app. The Organisation plan is for teams that run Brainwrite on their own server, with admin, budgets, and billing features.
How is this different from giving everyone a chatbot?
A chatbot waits for prompts. A Brainwrite team has roles, memory, app access, and schedules, so recurring work happens without being asked each time, and the results come back to one thread. Anything that sends, posts, or changes data waits for approval in Ask mode.
What does it cost per person?
Brainwrite Cloud is $99 a month per account, and the Organisation plan is $750 a year for teams running Brainwrite on their own server. Neither includes AI usage: each person uses their own Claude, ChatGPT, or other provider plan, billed by that provider.
