How Brainwrite Cloud works.

Sign in
Open cloud.brainwrite.in and sign in with the email you use in the app. You get an 8-digit code; there is no password.

Subscribe
Choose Subscribe for $99 a month and pay with Stripe. Setup takes a few minutes, and Brainwrite emails you when your Cloud is ready.

Connect the app
Choose Open in the app, or open Settings → Brainwrite Cloud, choose Sign in to Brainwrite Cloud, approve the matching code, then Connect to my Cloud.

Sign in to your AI
The first time you open My Cloud, sign in to Claude or ChatGPT, or add an API key, on the Cloud computer itself.

Your own machine

One always-on Linux computer for your account alone: 2 shared vCPUs, 2 GB RAM and 30 GB storage, on its own private network and storage volume.

Voice included

150,000 characters of spoken replies a month, roughly 2.5 hours, with no voice-provider key of your own.

Cloud computers for your bots

200 hours a month of cloud computers for bots to work on, up to 2 at a time. Allowances reset on each renewal date.

Separate from your Mac

Connecting does not copy or upload your Mac's chats, files or AI accounts. My Cloud appears under Servers, and you can switch back to your Mac any time.

Lend your Mac when you need it

Turn on Let my Cloud use your Mac to let Cloud bots read folders you choose or use your apps and screen, with approvals and an activity log.

Clear cancellation

Cancel any time; it takes effect at the end of the paid month. When access ends, the Cloud stops and its data is kept for 7 days, then deleted.

The edges, plainly

AI usage is not included. For bots that run all day, a Claude Max plan or an API key is recommended.
One region for now: Ashburn, Virginia, in the United States.
Secrets are not yet available on Brainwrite Cloud.
A failed renewal payment stops your Cloud computer straight away. Its data is kept for 7 days.

How do I keep AI agents running when my computer is off?

Use Brainwrite Cloud. It gives you your own always-on Brainwrite computer that runs your bots around the clock, including routines and connected apps, even when your Mac is asleep or switched off. The desktop app becomes a window onto it, listed as My Cloud under Servers.

How much does Brainwrite Cloud cost?

$99 a month, billed monthly, plus 18% GST for customers in India. It includes the desktop app on your Macs, your own Cloud computer, 150,000 voice characters a month and 200 hours of cloud computers. AI usage is not included; your own provider bills it.

Does Brainwrite Cloud upload the data on my Mac?

No. Your Cloud computer and your Mac are separate. Connecting the desktop app does not copy or upload your Mac's chats, files or AI accounts. If Cloud bots need something on your Mac, you can lend it, choosing specific folders or your apps and screen, and stop at any time.

What happens to my data if I cancel Brainwrite Cloud?

Everything keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. Then your Cloud computer stops and its data is kept for 7 days; subscribe again in that time and it starts as you left it. After 7 days, the computer and its data are deleted and cannot be recovered.
