Fix product pages and answer order questions without living in the admin

Ecommerce stores can use AI agents to audit product pages, generate Product schema, track competitor pricing, and draft replies to order questions. In Brainwrite, specialist bots do the research and drafting in the apps you connect, such as Shopify and Gorgias. You approve changes to listings and replies to customers before they go live.

Where the week goes

The work that eats your time.

Thin product pages

Titles, descriptions, image alt text, and schema were written once at launch and never revisited across hundreds of products.

Where is my order?

The same order-status and returns questions take up most of the support inbox, every day.

Competitor price checks

Someone checks rival stores by hand, usually after sales dip rather than before.

Assets for every sale

Each promotion needs emails, product copy, and posts, written against the same deadline as everything else.

Audit your top 20 product pages

Ask the E-commerce SEO team to score your best sellers on title, meta, images, content, and linking, and to draft complete Product schema. You decide which fixes to apply in your store.

Your Chief of Staff put a team on it

  • Atlas· Crate, Product & Marketplace SEO Specialist
  • Sage· Rival, Comparison & Alternatives Page Strategist
  • Product page score: 58 of 100; schema completeness is the main drag
  • Schema: offers uses AggregateOffer where a single Offer is expected; corrected JSON-LD attached
  • Images: 2 of 3 have filename alt text; suggested alt text listed
  • Description matches the manufacturer's copy; rewrite recommended

What the team takes on

Jobs your AI team does every week.

  • Product schema

The team generates complete Product markup against Google's requirements instead of guessing at fields, ready for your developer or theme.

  • Comparison and alternatives pages

Draft fair X-vs-Y and alternatives pages for shoppers comparing brands, with every competitor claim sourced and every price dated.

  • Support reply drafts

A bot reads new tickets in Gorgias or Zendesk, looks up the order, and drafts a reply for a person to check and send.

  • Competitor price watch

Watch the competitor product and pricing pages you choose and get a brief when something material changes.

  • Sale campaign drafts

Draft promotional emails in Klaviyo and matching product copy, ready for review before anything is scheduled.

Why a team

Why this works better than a chatbot.

Approvals before store changes

In Ask mode, risky actions come to you as approval cards in the conversation. Deny one and control goes back to the bot to find a safer path.

Per-bot app grants

Give the support bot your helpdesk and only the Shopify tools it needs, and the SEO bot none. Each grant is all tools, an exact list, or none.

A browser you can watch

Bots can check live product pages in a built-in browser tab that you can watch and take over at any point.

A ready-made SEO team

The E-commerce SEO team installs from the team library with its product audit, schema, and comparison playbooks included.

FAQ

Questions about Brainwrite for ecommerce

How can an online store use AI agents?

Start with work that repeats across many products or tickets: product page audits, Product schema, competitor price checks, and replies to order questions. In Brainwrite, specialist bots prepare that work from the apps you connect, such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and Gorgias. You review the drafts and decide what changes in your store.

Can a bot change my Shopify store on its own?

Only with the tools and permission you give it. Bots imported from the team library arrive with no app access, and you choose all tools, an exact list, or none for each bot. In Ask mode, the bot asks before risky actions and you approve or deny each request. Many stores start with read-only tools.

Does the E-commerce SEO team pull Amazon or Google Shopping data?

No. The team has no live connection to Google Shopping or Amazon marketplace data. It works with exports you already have, such as a competitor price list or a saved category page, and turns them into pricing and keyword-gap findings. Its product page audits and schema work need only your store's pages.

Where does customer data go?

Chats, files, and bot memory stay on your Mac. When a bot drafts a reply, the ticket text it needs is sent to the AI provider you chose and to the helpdesk you connected. Brainwrite's account service sees your email and plan, not your customers. Review your provider's data terms for customer information.
