Answer reviews, events, and catering enquiries while you run service

Restaurants can use AI agents to draft review replies, answer private event and catering enquiries, write menu and specials posts, and check how the restaurant shows up in local search. In Brainwrite, specialist bots draft from your email, sales data, and spreadsheets, and you approve every reply before a guest sees it. It runs on your Mac.

Where the week goes

The work that eats your time.

Enquiries during service

Private dining and catering requests arrive at 7pm on a Friday. By Monday the customer has booked somewhere else.

Reviews piling up

Every review deserves a reply, and the patterns in them deserve attention. Both slip in a busy week.

Menu changes everywhere

A new special or changed hours has to reach the website, the listings, the posts, and the email list.

Numbers nobody writes up

Weekly sales sit in the point of sale and costs sit in a spreadsheet, and nobody writes down what changed.

Event and catering enquiry replies

Give a bot the events inbox, your packages, and your calendar. It sorts new enquiries by date and party size, checks availability, and drafts a reply with options for you to approve.

Local SEO

Audit our plumbing company site for local SEO. We have 12 location pages; check whether any of them look like doorway pages, and confirm our phone number and address match everywhere.

Your Chief of Staff put a team on it

  • Atlas· Sable, Local On-Page SEO Specialist
  • Sage· Radar, Citation & Maps Intelligence
  • Detected: service-area business, home services vertical
  • Doorway risk: 5 of 12 location pages read the same with the city name swapped
  • NAP mismatch: footer phone differs from the phone in LocalBusiness schema
  • 11 same-category businesses mapped within the service area from OpenStreetMap

DoneWhich listings and pages to correct waits for you. Nothing was sent.

What the team takes on

Jobs your AI team does every week.

  • Review reply drafts

Paste or export new reviews, and a bot drafts a reply to each in your voice and flags complaints that need a manager.

  • Menu and specials posts

Turn this week's specials into a website update, an email to your list, and posts for you to check and publish.

  • Weekly sales summary

Read Square sales and your cost sheet and draft a short summary of what moved, for you to check.

  • Local search visibility

The Local SEO team checks your site, Business Profile signals, and listings, including whether your hours and phone number match everywhere.

  • Nearby competitor watch

Watch the menu and pricing pages you choose and get a short brief when something changes.

Why a team

Why this works better than a chatbot.

You approve every reply

In Ask mode, sending an email or message becomes an approval card. Nothing reaches a guest unseen.

With a WhatsApp Business account connected, a bot can send an approved reply or template from your business number. Each send is an approval card unless you allow it.

Ready-made local SEO team

The Local SEO team installs from the team library with playbooks for audits, schema, reviews, and listings.

Pay for the AI you use

Bring an AI account you already have, such as Claude or Codex. Your provider bills usage, and each thread shows its cost.

FAQ

Questions about Brainwrite for restaurants

How can a restaurant use AI agents?

Use them for the messages and admin that wait until after service: event and catering enquiries, review replies, menu and specials posts, weekly sales summaries, and local search checks. Brainwrite runs bots on your Mac that draft from your email, Square, and sheets. You approve every reply before it reaches a guest.

Can Brainwrite read my Google reviews automatically?

Not directly. There is no connected source for live Google Business Profile data, so you paste or export new reviews and a bot drafts the replies. The Local SEO team checks the Business Profile signals it can see on your website and public listings, and says when a finding would need data it does not have.

Does it take reservations?

No. Brainwrite is not a reservation system. A bot can read enquiries in the mailbox you grant it, check your calendar, and draft a reply with options. Confirming the booking stays in your reservation system, and in Ask mode every message waits for your approval.

Where does guest information go?

Chats, files, and bot memory stay on your Mac. The text a bot needs is sent to the AI provider you chose and to the apps you connected, such as Gmail or Square. Brainwrite's account service sees your email and plan, not your guests. Bot memory is plain text you can read and delete.
