How to connect Klaviyo.

Open Connected apps
In Brainwrite, choose Connected apps in the sidebar. The official app sets up the connection service for you; there's no key to paste.

Search for Klaviyo
Find Klaviyo and choose Connect. You can add more than one account later and label each, such as work or a client.

Sign in in your browser
Finish Klaviyo's own sign-in in your normal browser. The access token stays with the connection service and never enters a bot's prompt.

Choose which bots get it
In each bot's settings, give it all tools, an exact list, or none. Imported bots start with none, so nothing reaches your account by surprise.

Brainwrite and Klaviyo: questions

How do I connect Klaviyo to Brainwrite?

Open Connected apps, search for Klaviyo, and select Connect. Add a label for the account, then finish authorization in the browser window that opens. Return to Brainwrite and ask a bot to work in Klaviyo. Credentials stay with Composio and are never placed in a bot's prompt.

Can bots change who is subscribed?

Only if you grant those tools. Klaviyo's toolkit includes subscribe, unsubscribe, and suppress tools. Consent changes are easy to get wrong, so many teams give their marketing bot an exact list that leaves them out and handle subscription changes by hand.

How do I limit what a bot can do in Klaviyo?

In the bot's settings under Connected apps, choose all Klaviyo tools, an exact list, or none. A reporting bot can have only the query and get tools, while a drafting bot gets campaign and template tools but no send job. Ungranted tools are never offered to the model.
