How to connect Gorgias.

Open Connected apps
In Brainwrite, choose Connected apps in the sidebar. The official app sets up the connection service for you; there's no key to paste.

Search for Gorgias
Find Gorgias and choose Connect. You can add more than one account later and label each, such as work or a client.

Sign in in your browser
Finish Gorgias's own sign-in in your normal browser. The access token stays with the connection service and never enters a bot's prompt.

Choose which bots get it
In each bot's settings, give it all tools, an exact list, or none. Imported bots start with none, so nothing reaches your account by surprise.

How do I connect Gorgias to Brainwrite?

Open Connected apps, search for Gorgias, and choose Connect, then finish the authorization step in the browser window that opens. Return to Brainwrite and ask a bot with Gorgias tools to list open tickets. Credentials stay with Composio and are never written into a prompt.

How do I stop a bot from messaging customers in Gorgias?

In the bot's settings under Connected apps, set Gorgias to an exact list. Include list tickets, get ticket, list messages, and tag tools, and leave out send ticket message. The bot can triage and draft, but the send tool is never offered to it.

Can a bot see order details in Gorgias?

The Gorgias connector reads tickets, messages, and customer records, including data your store integration adds to the customer. For full order history, connect Shopify too and grant the bot Shopify's order read tools, so it can check an order before drafting a reply.
