Find the ad spend that is not earning its keep
To audit an ad account with AI agents, export your campaign report from the ad platform and hand it to a Brainwrite bot with Google Analytics access. It joins spend with conversions, ranks campaigns and keywords by wasted spend, and drafts a short fix list. The bots recommend; you change bids, budgets, and ads in the platform yourself.

Here is last month's Google Ads campaign and search term export in the Ads audit sheet. Compare it with Google Analytics purchases for the same dates, rank the campaigns by cost per purchase, list search terms that spent over 50 with no purchase, and draft three new headlines for the worst ad group. Do not change anything.

The job
Doing it yourself, and handing it off.
Doing it yourself
The ad platform shows clicks and its own idea of conversions. Analytics shows a different number. The spreadsheet that reconciles them was last updated two months ago. To find the waste, you export campaign and search term reports, line them up against analytics by date and campaign name, and scan hundreds of rows for keywords that spend and never convert. It takes an afternoon, so it happens once a quarter instead of every week.
What the team does
- Join exported ad spend with Google Analytics conversions by date and campaign
- Rank campaigns and search terms by cost per conversion
- List search terms that spent money and never converted
- Draft replacement ad text for the weakest ads, with the reason for each
What waits for you
- Every bid, budget, keyword, and ad change, made in the ad platform
- Which conversion counts as the real one when the two sources disagree
- Whether a low-volume campaign has had enough time to judge

FAQ
Questions about Ad account audit
Can Brainwrite connect directly to Google Ads or Meta Ads?
Brainwrite's integrations directory does not list an ad-platform connector today, so check the connected apps list in the app for your platform. The reliable route is to export campaign and search term reports to Google Sheets or a CSV. If your ad platform's vendor provides an MCP server, you can add it as a custom MCP server.
Will the AI change my bids or budgets?
No. This job is set up to read and recommend. The bots work from exported reports and analytics, rank what is wasting money, and draft new ad text. Every bid, budget, keyword, or ad change is something you make in the ad platform after reading the evidence.
Can it look at competitors' ads?
If you connect Semrush, a bot can read paid search keywords and ad copy history for a domain, including a competitor's. That shows what they bid on and how their ads have read over time. It does not show their spend or results, so treat it as context, not a benchmark.
