Google Analytics AI agents for GA4 reporting
Brainwrite connects Google Analytics to your AI agents so they can run GA4 reports, compare date ranges, check realtime traffic, and run funnel reports. A bot can tell you which landing pages lost organic traffic last month and by how much. It reads your properties, key events, and custom dimensions, and you choose which bots get these tools.
Brainwrite · Google AnalyticsIn GA4, compare organic sessions by landing page for the last 28 days against the previous 28. List the ten pages with the biggest drop and their conversion rates.

Set up
How to connect Google Analytics.
- 01
Open Connected apps
In Brainwrite, choose Connected apps in the sidebar. The official app sets up the connection service for you; there's no key to paste.
- 02
Search for Google Analytics
Find Google Analytics and choose Connect. You can add more than one account later and label each, such as work or a client.
- 03
Sign in in your browser
Finish Google Analytics's own sign-in in your normal browser. The access token stays with the connection service and never enters a bot's prompt.
- 04
Choose which bots get it
In each bot's settings, give it all tools, an exact list, or none. Imported bots start with none, so nothing reaches your account by surprise.

FAQ
Brainwrite and Google Analytics: questions
How do I connect Google Analytics to Brainwrite?
Open Connected apps, search for Google Analytics, and choose Connect. Google's sign-in opens in your browser; pick the account with access to your GA4 property and approve. Back in Brainwrite, ask a bot to list your properties. The token stays with Composio, never in a prompt.
Can I give a bot read-only access to Google Analytics?
Yes. In the bot's settings under Connected apps, set Google Analytics to an exact list of report and list tools. Leave out property updates, custom dimension creation, and send events. Those tools are never offered to that bot, so it can report without changing your setup.
Does the SEO Audit team use Google Analytics?
Yes. The SEO Audit team lists Google Analytics and Google Search Console as optional apps, used to pull real organic traffic and top landing pages so its recommendations are based on your data. It installs with apps off until you connect and grant them.
