Get the month's numbers in one place, with their sources
To build a monthly numbers pack with AI agents, tell your Brainwrite Chief of Staff which figures you track and where each lives. Bots read revenue from Stripe, profit and loss from QuickBooks or Xero, pipeline from your CRM, and traffic from Google Analytics. They write the month into a Google Sheet next to previous months, with the source of every figure.

Build the October numbers pack in the Monthly numbers sheet. Revenue from Stripe, gross profit from the QuickBooks P&L, new customers and pipeline from HubSpot, sessions and sign-ups from Google Analytics. Use the definitions you saved, add the month next to September, and write five lines of commentary.

The job
Doing it yourself, and handing it off.
Doing it yourself
Each month someone builds the numbers by hand. Revenue from the payment app, costs from the accounting app, new customers from the CRM, traffic from analytics, all copied into a spreadsheet that has grown a tab for every month. Definitions drift: this month's new customers counts trials, last month's did not. By the time the sheet is done, nobody has time to ask what the numbers mean.

- Read each figure from the app you named, using your saved definition

FAQ
Questions about Monthly numbers pack
Where do the numbers come from?
Only from the apps and sheets you connect and grant to the bots. Each figure in the pack names its source, and anything the bots could not find is marked rather than estimated. Save that rule in the Chief's memory so every month follows it.
How do I keep definitions consistent month to month?
Write each metric's definition once, such as whether new customers include trials, and ask the Chief to save it in memory. Memory is plain text you can read and edit, and every run uses it. If a definition changes, the commentary can note the change.
Can the bots fix my accounting data?
This job only reads. The pack reports what your apps say. If a figure looks wrong at the source, such as a miscategorised cost, the fix belongs with your bookkeeper or accountant in the accounting app.
