Reply to every customer review without starting from a blank box

To reply to customer reviews with AI agents, export or paste your recent reviews into a Brainwrite bot, or a Google Sheet it can read. It drafts a reply to each one in your voice, sets aside complaints that need a person, and groups repeated praise and problems. You post the replies yourself on each review site.

Customer review replies

Here are this week's 38 reviews exported from our listings, in the Reviews sheet. Draft a reply to each in our voice, keep them under 60 words, and never mention refunds in public. Flag anything about safety, refunds, or legal action for me, and list the top three repeated complaints.

The job

Doing it yourself, and handing it off.

Doing it yourself

Reviews pile up across Google, marketplaces, and app stores. Replying to each one matters, because future customers read the replies, but writing a thoughtful answer to the fortieth five-star review and the third angry one takes real time. So the angry ones get rushed replies and the happy ones get none. Nobody notices that six reviews this month mention the same delivery problem.

What the team does

FAQ

Questions about Customer review replies

Can Brainwrite connect to Google reviews or Trustpilot?

Brainwrite's integrations directory does not list a review-site connector today, so check the connected apps list in the app for yours. The dependable route is to export or paste reviews into a Google Sheet. If a review platform's vendor provides an MCP server, you can add it as a custom MCP server.

Will the bot post replies on review sites?

Not in this setup. It drafts replies in a sheet or the conversation, and you post them on each site. Where a connector can reply, such as YouTube comments, replying waits for an approval card unless you have allowed it.

How do I keep replies from sounding generic?

Give the writer a handful of replies you were proud of and a few rules, such as mentioning the specific product and never copying the same sentence twice. Save them in the bot's memory. Each draft must refer to something the customer actually wrote.
