Research every prospect before the first message

To research prospects with AI agents, give a Brainwrite bot a list of target companies and your ideal customer profile. It reads each company's public pages and recent news, enriches the account in Apollo if you connect it, and writes a short brief: what they do, signs they fit, and a specific reason to reach out now. A writer bot drafts a first message you review.

Prospect research

Research the 20 companies in the Q4 targets sheet. For each, write a five-line brief: what they do, signs they fit our profile of 50 to 200 person logistics firms, and one recent, specific reason to reach out, with a link. Draft a first email for the strong fits. Do not send or add anyone to a sequence.

The job

Doing it yourself, and handing it off.

Doing it yourself

Good outreach needs a reason that is about the prospect, not you. Finding one means reading their site, their recent news, their job posts, and the person's role, for every account on the list. Done properly, that is fifteen minutes per company, so most lists get a template with the first name swapped in. Reply rates drop, and the accounts that fit best get the same message as the ones that do not.

What the team does

  • Read each company's public site, news, and job postings, with links
  • Enrich accounts in Apollo when it is connected
  • Mark fit against your profile with the evidence
  • Draft a first message built on a specific, true reason to reach out

What waits for you

  • Which accounts to contact, and when
  • Every message, and every addition to a sequence
  • Your ideal customer profile and the claims you are comfortable making

FAQ

Questions about Prospect research

Where does the prospect information come from?

From public pages the bot reads in its built-in browser, such as the company's site and news, and from apps you connect. Apollo can search and enrich people and companies and return job postings and news. The LinkedIn connector looks up company info. Each fact in a brief comes with its source.

Will it send cold emails for me?

No. The writer drafts, and you decide. Adding contacts to an Apollo sequence is an approval card unless you have allowed it, and sending through Gmail works the same way. Keep this job in Ask mode so every message and sequence step is yours to approve.

Does it scrape LinkedIn profiles?

No. The LinkedIn connector covers your own posts, company page statistics, and company lookups, not bulk profile scraping. For people data, connect Apollo, which has its own enrichment tools and terms of use. Respect each source's rules and your local privacy law when you contact anyone.
