See which deals are stuck before the forecast meeting
To review a sales pipeline with AI agents, connect HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or Attio to a Brainwrite bot. Every Monday it reads open deals, checks each one's last activity and close date, and lists deals that are stalled, slipping, or missing a next step. It drafts the next action for each one. Changes to the CRM wait for your approval.

Every Monday at 8:00, review open HubSpot deals in Proposal and Negotiation. Flag any with no activity in 14 days or a close date in the past, and suggest one next step for each. Post the review to the Pipeline thread and draft tasks for the owners, but ask me before creating anything.

The job
Doing it yourself, and handing it off.
Doing it yourself
The pipeline looks healthy because nobody has updated it. Deals sit in Proposal for two months with close dates already in the past. Before the forecast meeting, someone clicks through each deal to see when anyone last spoke to the buyer, then asks the owners, who say it is still alive. The review becomes a status round instead of a conversation about the deals that need help.
What the team does
- Read open deals with stage, value, owner, close date, and last activity

- Draft CRM tasks or notes for you to approve
What waits for you

FAQ
Questions about Sales pipeline review
Which CRMs does it work with?
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Attio, Zoho CRM, and Close all have connectors. HubSpot lists a deal's activities and meetings, Pipedrive reads a deal's timeline and a pipeline summary, and Salesforce can run reports and SOQL queries. Check the connector page for your CRM to see exactly what a bot can read.
Will it change deal stages or close dates?
Not in this setup. The review flags deals and suggests the next step. Changing a stage, value, or close date is the deal owner's call. In Salesforce, updating a record is an approval card unless allowed, and you can grant any bot an exact list of tools that leaves out updates.
How is this different from CRM hygiene?
CRM hygiene cleans records: duplicates, missing fields, and stale contacts. A pipeline review looks at open deals and asks which ones are stuck and what each needs next. Many teams run both, hygiene first and the pipeline review on Monday morning.
