Zoom AI agents for scheduling, recordings, and follow-ups
Brainwrite connects Zoom to your AI agents so they can create, update, and list meetings, add registrants, see who joined a past meeting, find cloud recordings, and fetch Zoom's meeting summary where your plan includes it. You sign in with Zoom in your browser and choose which bots may use which Zoom tools.

Jobs your team does with Zoom.
Post-call follow-up
Read the meeting summary and attendee list, then draft a follow-up email with decisions and next steps.
Webinar follow-up

Set up
How to connect Zoom.
- 01
Open Connected apps
In Brainwrite, choose Connected apps in the sidebar. The official app sets up the connection service for you; there's no key to paste.
- 02
Search for Zoom
Find Zoom and choose Connect. You can add more than one account later and label each, such as work or a client.
- 03
Sign in in your browser
Finish Zoom's own sign-in in your normal browser. The access token stays with the connection service and never enters a bot's prompt.
- 04
Choose which bots get it
In each bot's settings, give it all tools, an exact list, or none. Imported bots start with none, so nothing reaches your account by surprise.

Sales follow-ups
Keeper finds threads where you owe the next step; Nudge drafts a follow-up from the real conversation. You send.

Customer onboarding
A payment webhook starts a task; a bot prepares the welcome email, project, and kickoff invite for your approval.

FAQ
Brainwrite and Zoom: questions
How do I connect Zoom to Brainwrite?
Open Connected apps, search for Zoom, and select Connect. Label the account, then sign in to Zoom and approve access in the browser window that opens. Back in Brainwrite, bots with a Zoom grant can work with your meetings. Composio holds the OAuth token, so it is never written into prompts.
Can a bot read full Zoom transcripts?
Composio's Zoom toolkit has tools for recordings and for Zoom's meeting summary on paid accounts, but no dedicated transcript tool. If you need full transcripts, connect a note-taker such as Fireflies alongside Zoom and give the bot its transcript tools.
How do I limit what a bot can do in Zoom?
In the bot's settings under Connected apps, choose all Zoom tools, an exact list, or none. A follow-up bot might only get past participants, recordings, and summary tools, with delete meeting and delete recordings left out. Ungranted tools are never offered to the model.
Calendar and meetings
More calendar and meetings.

Google Meet
Bots create Meet spaces, list past meetings and attendees, and read transcripts to write recaps.

Fireflies
Bots read Fireflies transcripts, ask AskFred about calls, and turn what was said into follow-ups and CRM notes.

Calendly
Bots read Calendly bookings and invitee answers, create one-time booking links, and flag no-shows.

Google Calendar
Bots read your Google Calendar, find free slots, and create or move events. Invites wait for your approval.
