Calendly AI agents that prep calls and share booking links
Brainwrite connects Calendly to your AI agents so they can list scheduled events, read invitee details and booking answers, create single-use scheduling links, check available times, and mark no-shows. You authorize Calendly in your browser and choose which bots get which tools, so a prep bot can read bookings without being able to cancel them.
Brainwrite · CalendlyList my Calendly bookings for tomorrow. For each invitee, summarise their answers to the booking questions, look them up in HubSpot, and give me a one-paragraph brief per call.
You connect Calendly once. Your Chief of Staff puts a bot on it.

How to connect Calendly.
- 01
Open Connected apps
In Brainwrite, choose Connected apps in the sidebar. The official app sets up the connection service for you; there's no key to paste.
- 02
Search for Calendly
Find Calendly and choose Connect. You can add more than one account later and label each, such as work or a client.
- 03
Sign in in your browser
Finish Calendly's own sign-in in your normal browser. The access token stays with the connection service and never enters a bot's prompt.
- 04
Choose which bots get it
In each bot's settings, give it all tools, an exact list, or none. Imported bots start with none, so nothing reaches your account by surprise.

FAQ
Brainwrite and Calendly: questions
How do I connect Calendly to Brainwrite?
Open Connected apps, search for Calendly, and select Connect. Give the account a label, then sign in to Calendly and approve access in the browser window that opens. Return to Brainwrite and ask a bot to check your bookings. The OAuth token stays with Composio and never enters a prompt.
How do I stop a bot from cancelling meetings?
In the bot's settings under Connected apps, give Calendly an exact list of tools that covers listing events, reading invitees, and creating scheduling links, and leave cancel out. Your other choices are all Calendly tools or none. A tool outside the grant is never offered to the model.
Can a bot book a meeting on someone else's behalf?
The toolkit can create single-use scheduling links and list available times, so the usual pattern is a bot drafting an email with a link for the other person to choose a time. Any email it sends still comes to you as an approval card unless you've allowed it.
