Never miss a renewal or a notice deadline again
To track contract and subscription renewals with AI agents, give a Brainwrite bot your contracts folder and access to the mailbox where invoices and renewal notices arrive. It records each renewal date, price, and notice period in one Google Sheet, and every Monday lists what renews or needs notice in the next 60 days. You decide what to keep, renegotiate, or cancel.

Read the contracts in my Supplier contracts folder and search Gmail for renewal and subscription invoices from the past year. Build a Renewals sheet with item, renewal date, price, notice period, and source link. Every Monday, tell me what renews or needs notice in the next 60 days. Do not contact anyone.

The job
Doing it yourself, and handing it off.
Doing it yourself
Software subscriptions, supplier contracts, insurance, domains, leases. Each renews on its own date, and many need notice weeks before. The dates live in signed PDFs and old confirmation emails. You find out a contract renewed when the invoice arrives, after the window to cancel or renegotiate has closed, and you pay another year for something you meant to drop.

FAQ
Questions about Contract and subscription renewal watch
How does it find renewal dates?
It reads the contracts you share in Google Drive and searches Gmail for renewal notices, receipts, and invoices. Each tracker row links to where the date came from. If a contract has no clear renewal clause, the item is marked for you rather than guessed.
Can it cancel subscriptions for me?
No. It tells you what is coming up and can draft a cancellation or renegotiation email. Sending goes through an approval card unless you have allowed it, and cancelling inside a supplier's own site is something you do yourself.
Is a notice period always what the bot says?
Not always. Notice clauses can be worded in ways that are easy to misread, and some depend on how notice must be given. Treat the tracker as a reminder system, check the clause yourself before a deadline, and ask a lawyer for contracts that matter.
