Keep bills, renewals, and appointments from sneaking up on you
To handle personal admin with AI agents, connect your personal Gmail, Google Calendar, and a task app such as Todoist to one Brainwrite bot. Each Monday it finds bills, renewal notices, and appointment emails, lists what is due in the next two weeks, and drafts any replies or reminders. It never pays, books, or cancels anything; you do that yourself.

Every Monday morning, check my personal Gmail and calendar for bills, renewals, and appointments in the next 14 days. Post a short list to my Personal admin thread with dates and amounts, and draft a reply for anything that needs confirming. Do not pay, book, cancel, or send anything.

Personal admin: done. Nothing sent.

The job
Doing it yourself, and handing it off.
Doing it yourself
Personal admin hides in the inbox. The car insurance renewal arrives as one email among forty, the dentist wants you to confirm an appointment, and a subscription you forgot about renews at the full price next week. You find out when the charge appears or the late fee arrives. Keeping a list would fix it, but keeping the list is one more piece of admin you never get to.
What the team does
- Find bills, renewal notices, and appointment emails in your personal mail
- List what is due in the next two weeks, with the amount or time and the email linked
- Add tasks with due dates to Todoist when you approve them
- Draft replies, such as confirming or asking to move an appointment
What waits for you
- Every payment, booking, renewal, and cancellation, done by you
- Which replies are sent and which tasks are added
- Money questions, such as which insurance to choose, ideally with a qualified adviser

FAQ
Questions about Personal admin
Can a personal AI assistant pay my bills?
Not in this setup. The bot finds bills and renewal notices and lists what is due, with the amount and the email. Paying, booking, and cancelling stay with you. It is not a financial adviser either, so for choices such as which insurance or plan to pick, use your own judgement or a qualified adviser.
Can I keep personal and work accounts apart?
Yes. Connected apps support several labelled accounts for the same service, such as a work and a personal Gmail. Grant this bot only the personal accounts and the exact tools it needs, and keep work bots on work accounts. Its memory is plain text you can read, edit, or delete.
Is my personal email private?
Brainwrite keeps chats, files, and memory on your Mac, and mail access runs through Composio with OAuth tokens that never appear in prompts. Message text the bot reads is sent to the AI provider you picked for that bot, so choose one you trust, or a local model.
