Attio AI agents for records, lists, and notes

Brainwrite connects Attio to your AI agents so they can search and query records, create or update people, companies, and deals, add records to lists, write notes and tasks, and read meetings and call recordings. You connect Attio in your browser, choose which bots get which Attio tools, and writes come to you for approval unless you've allowed them.

How to connect Attio.

  1. 01

    Open Connected apps

In Brainwrite, choose Connected apps in the sidebar. The official app sets up the connection service for you; there's no key to paste.

  2. 02

    Search for Attio

Find Attio and choose Connect. You can add more than one account later and label each, such as work or a client.

  3. 03

    Sign in in your browser

Finish Attio's own sign-in in your normal browser. The access token stays with the connection service and never enters a bot's prompt.

  4. 04

    Choose which bots get it

In each bot's settings, give it all tools, an exact list, or none. Imported bots start with none, so nothing reaches your account by surprise.

The Apps catalog: Slack, GitHub, Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Notion, Linear, Sentry, PostHog and Discord, each with Connect.

FAQ

Brainwrite and Attio: questions

How do I connect Attio to Brainwrite?

Open Connected apps, search for Attio, and select Connect. Give the workspace a label, then approve access in the browser window that opens. Back in Brainwrite, bots with an Attio grant can read and update your records. Composio keeps the OAuth token, so it never appears in a prompt.

How do I limit what a bot can do in Attio?

In the bot's settings under Connected apps, choose all Attio tools, an exact list, or none. A research bot can get query and list tools only. The toolkit also has tools that change your data model, such as creating objects and attributes, which you can leave out.

Will a bot create duplicate records?

Attio's toolkit includes assert tools, which create a record only when no match exists and otherwise update it. Asking a bot to use those for people and companies keeps imports from adding the same contact twice.
