Salesforce AI agents for pipeline reviews and record upkeep

Brainwrite connects Salesforce to your AI agents so they can run SOQL queries and reports, search accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities, log calls and emails, create tasks and notes, and update records. You sign in to Salesforce in your browser, pick which bots get which tools, and updates come to you as approval cards unless you've allowed them.

How to connect Salesforce.

  1. 01

    Open Connected apps

In Brainwrite, choose Connected apps in the sidebar. The official app sets up the connection service for you; there's no key to paste.

  2. 02

    Search for Salesforce

Find Salesforce and choose Connect. You can add more than one account later and label each, such as work or a client.

  3. 03

    Sign in in your browser

Finish Salesforce's own sign-in in your normal browser. The access token stays with the connection service and never enters a bot's prompt.

  4. 04

    Choose which bots get it

In each bot's settings, give it all tools, an exact list, or none. Imported bots start with none, so nothing reaches your account by surprise.

The Apps catalog: Slack, GitHub, Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Notion, Linear, Sentry, PostHog and Discord, each with Connect.

FAQ

Brainwrite and Salesforce: questions

How do I connect Salesforce to Brainwrite?

Open Connected apps, search for Salesforce, and select Connect. Give the org a label, then log in to Salesforce in the browser window that opens and allow access. Back in Brainwrite, bots with a Salesforce grant can query your data. Composio holds the OAuth token, so it never enters a prompt.

How do I limit what a bot can do in Salesforce?

In the bot's settings under Connected apps, choose all Salesforce tools, an exact list, or none. A pipeline reviewer can get query, search, and report tools only. The toolkit also includes admin tools such as creating custom objects and fields, which most bots never need.

Does a bot see every record in my org?

A bot sees what the Salesforce user you connected can see. Salesforce's own profiles and sharing rules still apply. Connecting with a user whose access matches the job gives you a second limit on top of Brainwrite's per-bot tool grants.
