How to connect PayPal.

Open Connected apps
In Brainwrite, choose Connected apps in the sidebar. The official app sets up the connection service for you; there's no key to paste.

Search for PayPal
Find PayPal and choose Connect. You can add more than one account later and label each, such as work or a client.

Sign in in your browser
Finish PayPal's own sign-in in your normal browser. The access token stays with the connection service and never enters a bot's prompt.

Choose which bots get it
In each bot's settings, give it all tools, an exact list, or none. Imported bots start with none, so nothing reaches your account by surprise.

How do I connect PayPal to Brainwrite?

Open Connected apps, search for PayPal, and choose Connect. PayPal's authorization opens in your browser; sign in and approve. Back in Brainwrite, ask a bot with PayPal tools to list recent invoices to confirm. The token stays with Composio and never appears in a prompt.

Can a bot draft PayPal invoices without sending them?

Yes. In the bot's settings under Connected apps, set PayPal to an exact list that includes create invoice and list invoices but not send invoice. The bot drafts in PayPal and you send from there. Ungranted tools are never offered to the bot's model.

Can a bot charge a customer or send money through PayPal?

The toolkit includes payment tools, such as capturing a subscription payment. Keep them out of every bot's grant unless you have a specific reason. When granted, payment actions wait for an approval card, and a person should be the one who approves.
